In Module 3, parents and carers will learn about the technical and social opportunities to create a cyber safe home environment for young people living with a disability. We will explore the importance of parental controls and different types. This module will be solution focused, explaining our simple ABC Module which is a practical and effective way to create a safe online environment for your family. We will further address how to implement boundaries and what to do when things go wrong. Parents will learn ways to actively engage with their child’s online world and how to manage online incidents safely.
